I'm measuring the book based on what it taught me that I didn't previously know.The author is a very successful person and he passes on his pearls of wisdom to readers.I agree with most of what he's said because I've read about his propositions in the past."The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod is classic. I'd recommend waking up 3 hours earlier to get everything done as opposed to 1 hour like this author suggests - but maybe I'm just sick in the head.I agree with turning your commute into an opportunity to learn.This is a good intro guide on how to be more productive.Lots of advice - except that there's not a lot of research, except for a few Tony Robbins' quotes.
Do the math and you'll be able to free up time for yourself. Yes, as much as an effective 40-hour working week's worth of time every month! Wow! This is worth investigating. And this book tells you how to do it. Magic!
